No strangers walking through the house. We photograph, list, and sell items on Facebook Marketplace — handling every inquiry, pickup, and transaction, so the family never has to.
The Estate Sale, Reinvented
A traditional estate sale means opening the family home to the public for a weekend — strangers in the bedrooms, haggling at the kitchen table, and whatever doesn't sell still sitting there Monday morning.
We do it online instead. We photograph the items worth selling, research fair prices, and list them on Facebook Marketplace. We field every message, vet every buyer, and coordinate every pickup — the family never deals with a stranger.
It's more private, more flexible, and often faster than a one-weekend sale. And it pairs naturally with downsizing: the things that don't make the move can become the budget that funds it.
How Selling Works
We become the seller of record. Every question, every lowball offer, every "is this still available?" comes to us, not to the family.
Pickups are scheduled and supervised, and you get a clear accounting of what sold and for how much.
What's Included
Use all of it or just the parts you need — every plan is custom to your home and timeline.
Good listings start with good photos. We shoot items in clean, well-lit frames so they sell faster and for more.
We research comparable sales to price each item fairly — high enough to respect its value, realistic enough to actually sell.
We write clear, honest listings and post each item to Facebook Marketplace, where Cleveland-area buyers are already looking.
Every inquiry, negotiation, and no-show is ours to handle. The family is never on the hook for a stranger's text at 9pm.
Pickups are scheduled and supervised so the home stays secure and nobody wanders where they shouldn't.
You receive a clear record of what sold and for how much — no mystery, no missing items.
How the Agreement Works
We focus on items worth at least $100 and sell them on Facebook Marketplace. Before anything is listed, we build a log of every item and agree with you on a list price for each one. Here's exactly how the rest works.
We list items we believe are worth at least $100, so the time and effort behind every listing is worth it for you.
Every item gets logged with an Initial List Price you sign off on before it ever goes live — so you always know what's being sold and for how much we're asking.
To keep sales moving, you grant us authority to negotiate within 15% of the Initial List Price without checking back in for every offer.
Once a buyer's funds have cleared, your remittance is sent within 7 business days — no waiting until the whole project wraps up.
If an item hasn't sold after 60 days, we'll notify you. It needs to be retrieved within 7 days of that notice, or it's considered abandoned and we'll responsibly route it to donation or disposal.
Who It's For
You don't have to host a crowd or watch people pick through your home. We sell quietly, on your terms, from photos.
We turn the things that aren't making the move into proceeds — without you fielding a single Marketplace message.
When a whole household needs to be sold, we handle it methodically and discreetly, with a clear record of everything.
That's exactly who this is for. We'll tell you honestly what's worth listing and what's better donated.
